("we," "us," or "our"), a civil association under Mexican law operating as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) focused on coral reef conservation through DeSci, is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you" or "your"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you interact with our platform, website, services, smart contracts, on-chain governance, and community contributions. Data Security and Liability
We implement reasonable security for on-chain/off-chain data. However, blockchain transactions are public/immutable. We follow Terms limitations: no liability for technical failures, token volatility, hacks, or indirect damages per LFPIORPI/Ley Fintech limits.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Mexican law applies (Mexico jurisdiction). Disputes follow consensus approaches first, then formal litigation per Terms.
